 Water is gross. I don’t like it. 

Of course, this is unfortunate for me because it is one of the most essential things on the planet and it’s a huge thing that we should be grateful for, having fresh, clean, delicious spring water at our fingertips, and I need it to survive. Plus, I run Cross Country so it is even more vital for my life. 


Yeah, no. I still don’t like it.


So, while I don’t particularly like eating or drinking, I have found ways to put liquid into my body in a yummier manner. One personal favorite is lemon water. I like it because you can still taste water but it’s lemony. There are also lemonade packets that I sometimes put in my water bottle, and we have some Gatorade powder. There’s also non-water drinks, such as Gatorade, lemonade, milk, chocolate milk. and bubblies.*

I have also found that drinking bottled water is better. It tastes different, and I kinda like it. And, I will still drink water even though I don’t like it or if I am very thirsty. But most of the time I try to steer clear of H20




*Bubblies are carbonated water in cans. The brand is called bubbly.



Lemon/Lime water is a great alternative
